No "Education, Serialized" post this week or next

Dear readers,

A summer holiday is upon us, and I will be celebrating by (somewhat) relaxing with family visiting from out of town — beach, bbqs, and all that fun stuff. As such, there will be no Education, Serialized post today or next week.

I do have some exciting news to share, though, and an ask for you. EduThirdSpace is #47 on Substack’s “Rising in Education” list. I’m not exactly sure what that means (we’re a quickly-growing publication on the topic of education??), but I’m excited nonetheless! My ask for you is this: if you love EduThirdSpace and you think that the publication adds value to discourse about education or just makes you think about education in ways that you hadn’t before, please share it with your network.

Substack is starting to get crowded, which is a good thing, but that also means writers, especially those who didn’t start a Substack with a well-developed fan base, have a harder time being discovered. Frankly, even if you don’t share, I greatly appreciate that you simply open my emails and read what I have to say.
